Yoga Instructor Kam hosts a 60 minute vinyasa class. First 30 minutes a mindful, challenging vinyasa sequence flowing continuously from breath to movement. Last 30 minutes a relaxing, restorative flow holding gentle postures designed to calm your mind, help regulate your nervous system, and welcome in relaxation.

Yoga Instructor Kam hosts a 60 minute yin yoga class. Beginning with breathwork and centering to help calm the mind. We will be holding gentle postures between 3-5 minutes. Designed to target the nervous system, and strengthen and stretch our ligaments, tendons, etc, regulate stress responses, and rebalance nervous system.

Our brand new wellness center (coming soon to Southwest Atlanta) will be a safe, positive space where you can receive assistance from a personal trainer, sign up for workshops and classes, and attend wellness-related events with other members of the community.
