Yoga Instructor Kam hosts a 60 minute vinyasa class. First 30 minutes a mindful, challenging vinyasa sequence flowing continuously from breath to movement. Last 30 minutes a relaxing, restorative flow holding gentle postures designed to calm your mind, help regulate your nervous system, and welcome in relaxation.

Yoga Instructor Kam hosts a 60 minute yin yoga class. Beginning with breathwork and centering to help calm the mind. We will be holding gentle postures between 3-5 minutes. Designed to target the nervous system, and strengthen and stretch our ligaments, tendons, etc, regulate stress responses, and rebalance nervous system.
